Wikipedia

Wikipedia is amazing. It's not only a great resource, filled with interesting facts on almost every topic, but a wonderful community. A community of professors, amateur historians, research analysts, web vandals, doctors, bored white collar workers, school students, politicians, university wrestling fans, rabbi's, paid advertising agents, disguised company PR consultants, ministers, soldiers, CEO's, unskilled labourers, 3rd world inhabitants, millionaires and much more. I thank "The Wiki" for uniting so many people all striving for common goals... "Knowledge and Information".

To be honest though, I mostly like it because someone from the states named "Jacques Delaguerre" claims to know of "a brass player named Tim Girling who plays for the Salvation Army Band of Canberra", thankyou for making me somehow notable Wikipedia, even if it is for unfounded and ridiculous reasons...

  1. Aha You're a blogger Tim! I had no idea! In response to your post (for this is a comment), yes I agree, Wikipedia is great. I have a habit of going to Wikipedia after I watch a movie to read more about it's production. I am a giant nerd. Peace out.

  2. I actually donated $10.00 to Wikipedia yesterday. People were quite suprised at this, but for all the time I've spent on, and info I have gained from, The Wiki, I feel that I owe it as much, if not more.
